Pigeon Point Cottage w/ State Park Beach Pass

This adorable, but well-appointed farmhouse Cottage is just a few streets from downtown Beaufort, in the quiet neighborhood of Pigeon Point. Easy access to a boat launch and walking distance to the park. A 30 minute walk to Bay St. and the Marina, where great shopping and outdoor dining with breathtaking views of the harbor await. A relaxed and inviting space, style, and beauty combine to make this special Cottage a much sought-after resting space for a memorable vacation with your loved one(s).

Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Cheerful tiny close to downtown, 9 mi to Paris Is.

Make yourself at home in our renovated tiny home just two blocks from the bay and less than 1 mile to Downtown Beaufort. In just over 400 square feet you will find a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. This circa 1940s home has been lovingly updated and decorated to make for a comfortable stay. You will sleep soundly on the 12" memory foam mattress and cool technology pillows. *Please note that the living room/kitchen floor slopes about 4" due to the home's age.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Live Oak Retreat

Nestled among live oak trees, surrounded by a natural southern garden, the Live Oak Retreat provides a truly peaceful and private setting. This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

Peaceful River Retreat Near Historic District

This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. Newly built Allison Ramsey cottage that is this centrally-located between downtown Beaufort and Pigeon Point makes this the perfect spot to explore Beaufort. The Downtown Waterfront is 9 blocks (~10min walk) and Parris Island is a quick 12 minute drive. The home boasts an expansive screened in porch, high ceilings and thoughtful touches throughout the home will put your mind at ease as soon as you arrive. We also include a Hunting Island pass with your reservation.

The Sweet Magnolia Cottage, a charming 1942 bungalow. Enjoy the front porch with its daybed swing while sipping on your favorite beverage. Cook out & enjoy the barbecue grill and back porch. The cottage is an easy 1 mile walk to the Historic Beaufort Riverfront’s restaurants, shops, ice cream. Take a horse drawn carriage ride and learn the history of this charming town. Its location is approximately 15-20 minutes to Parris Island & the air station. Pet friendly.

Welcome to the Green House, a recently renovated and tastefully decorated historic three bedroom and two bathroom home bursting with Southern charm. This light and attractive home offers a downstairs master suite with a King Size bed and a recently remodeled full ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
