Welcome to “Wood View@The Old Grain House. A beautiful oak framed studio set in the grounds of our private family home. A quiet, charming part of Hereford countryside surrounded by farmland and woodland. 5 miles from Hereford, 8 miles Ross, 5 min from Holme Lacy College and 45 minute drive to Hay on Wye. Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

Completely Unique Tin Shed.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

A characterful and lovingly converted 18th century cider makers cottage in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. The interior is welcoming, cosy and unique. A mix of modern and quirky. Only 7.5 miles from the historic city of Hereford and the market town of Ledbury. An idyllic countryside retreat. Perfect for foodies, walkers, cyclists or a bolthole for getting away from it all. We are only 1.5 hours from Birmingham and Bristol airports and 2 3/4 hours drive from London Heathrow.

Cosy Self Catering Maple House Lodge

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

Escape back to nature and wake up to stunning sunrises in our idyllic, custom-built shepherd’s hut. Nestled on the hillside of a beautiful Welsh farm, the hut boasts countryside views in all directions with an outlook across the Welsh border lands and the Skirrid mountain. Fully-equipped with a cosy wood stove and floor to ceiling glass doors our hut is a magical place to sit back, unwind and take in the breath-taking surroundings.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.

The Tree House at Hansnett Farm

You will find this idyllic and cosy retreat nestled between two 150-year-old Oak trees on our small working family farm in rural Herefordshire. Enjoy this romantic getaway and surround yourself with nature and far-reaching views from the balcony over peaceful farmland and beyond.
