Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and ready supply of wood, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated, shower room is close by along a short path adjacent to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs.

Nestled on the fringes of mature woodland on a small working farm, the hut is secluded with open views over the breathtaking Dulas Valley in rural Herefordshire. Relax in the private outside area, with charcoal barbeque, hammock and fire pit, and explore local walks, pubs, market towns and historical sites. Dogs are welcome. This is Sklylark’s last year! The hut is super cosy, but very well equipped and spacious inside (think tardis!). Guests say it is very comfortable, and has everything you need and it is all fully plumbed in.. With stunning views of the Welsh Black Mountains, it sits nestled in a calming wildflower meadow with lots of wildlife - you might wake to see deer passing your window. Sadly, not suitable for dogs, young children or infants.

Herbert's Hut

Come & immerse yourself in nature in the beautiful fields of Llancraugh Farm, a lovely haven near the Wye Valley. You can look out on hills and woodlands from your own hut 'jetty' or explore private walks along the farm's brook and into the woods. You can walk & cycle for miles with the stunning views of the Forest of Dean in the background. Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth are both no more than a 15 minute drive away.
