I cannot begin to explain just how terrific this AirB&B is, from the Landlords (helpful ,warm & wonderful), to the location (safe & close to Everything)to the house itself (always clean & absolutely gorgeous)- in a word- phenomenal 🥰I wish there was a rating higher then 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was all good i like it in starting bed was broken she replaced it right away without any questions she bought new bed.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We loved our stay at Andi’s home in Weeki Wachee. We loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on the dock and then hopping into one of the many kayaks to explore the pristine and amazing Weeki Wachee river. My son and I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. The house was comfortable and Andi was a responsive and wonderful host.

An amazingly clean and quaint historical Airbnb that has a very peaceful setting and is a close walk to downtown Brooksville! My partner and I loved the way the interior was decorated, the lush backyard and front walkway full of flowers for drinking coffee in the mornings, and the adequate supplies for cooking and the Smart TV. The price was amazing for the location and we can’t wait to make this a staple stop for any trips we want to take up to the springs from Tampa!

Ashley's house was perfect for our stay. Outfitted with everything you'd need for a home-away-from-home. Even new toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms! Location for us was great. Only *slight* negative is that the house is situated on a main road, which makes it difficult to easily pull out nless you remember to turn the car around in the driveway. This is exactly how an AirBnB should be set up and run. Hope to return next year!

Orit was so accommodating and friendly. She even went out of her way to install a tv in the bedroom for us. The place was super clean with everything you would need. The whole house is very spacious and comfortable like home. The linens were clean, comfortable and not old and dingy. I would definitely come back to this airbnb any day. Highly recommend

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

This place was an absolute gem. Quiet, peaceful, and right on the water. Pure relaxation with a front-row seat to nature. We saw dolphins, manatees, and rays cruising right up to our paddleboards like we were part of the ecosystem. Absolutely surreal. Fishing was a blast. No bites this time, but the experience alone was worth it. The locals were super friendly and made sure we knew our way around the waterways, which made exploring even better. The only downside was the bugs in the evening and at night. As long as you're prepared with bug spray, it's totally manageable. Still, 10 out of 10 would return in a heartbeat for the views, the vibe, and the wildlife.

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

This was our second time booking with Alisson at her Weeki Wachee river house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations once again! This home is perfect for a family and/or friends weekend on the water. She made sure we had everything (and more) that we needed, the house is always so clean and put together. My whole family looks forward to our weekends on the water at this home! See you next year! 😎☀️

Tabitha's place was perfect for a getaway with my husband. It was exactly as pictured/described with everything we needed. The location is perfect. The river is so peaceful. We started every day sitting out front listening to the birds and spent our mornings on the river. We saw manatees and turtles and plenty of fish, and the water is perfect for swimming. There are some great local restaurants with live bands, and there is plenty to do within a half hours drive. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
