Lake front SunnySide Chalet is a perfect get away for couples or a small family. The yard is nice to play in and the docks are fun to jump off of. The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Patty's Place: Relax, Renew, Refresh!

Welcome to "Patty's Place", a quiet retreat, where you can escape the hustle and bustle to relax reading a book near the creek or spend a rainy day playing games or a puzzle inside. Our place in Hiawassee is close to Lake Chatuge, Brasstown Bald, the Appalachian Trail, and Bell Mountain for outdoor experiences and only a 20 mile drive into Helen's Alpine Village. A percentage of all proceeds are donated to Alzheimer's support programs honoring the legacy of my mother, Patty.
