Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom, queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. Beautifully decorated with hand painted oil, acrylic paintings. Large 400 ft unit. New Updated shower2024, AC split you can control. A portion of the side yard ( as pictured ) has been fenced off for you. ONE animal allowed, this includes service or non- service. You DO need to notify me if you're bringing a Animal. No Cats. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.

Enjoy your day at pier 60 in Clearwater where there are many shops and places to eat also you may run into terry hogan on Mondays for karaoke night at his place “Hogan’s Hangout” or head on down to whiskey joes and enjoy live music, food and drinks all while sitting on the sandy beach next to a fire pit, end the day back at home relaxing by the pool.

The house is not completely fenced in, and it has big yard that is shared with. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.
