Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Your own private entrance from the mudroom. Only a mile from 8th St Holland. The large living area will provide you a great space to relax with a new 85" TV. Comfy bedroom with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The second sleeping space is a queen memory foam Koala sleeper. The backyard you can use as your own. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to relax this is it. No full kitchen only a kitchenette.

Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach, Sanctuary Woods Park and Macatawa Bay Yacht Club.

Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Our Guest House is located on a quiet country road 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Holland and 20 minutes from beaches, downtown Grand Rapids and Saugatuck. The property sits on 5 acres with the owners home next to the Private Guesthouse. You'll have access to the pool, your own patio with comfortable seating, and a wood fire pit. A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street.

Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps.
