It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!
