Justo debajo hay una gran parcela hasta el mar que el propietario es el propietario. Por lo tanto, los terrenos pueden ser utilizados por los huéspedes. Hay operación de restaurante en el mismo edificio con buen tiempo puedes sentarte afuera y disfrutar de una buena cena y algo bueno en el cristal. Posible ampliar el alquiler (con el desbloqueo de una puerta del medio) a un apartamento que consta de suite/habitación de hotel. Posibilidad de desayunar.
