With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

A quaint 16th century, thatched cottage with foundations from 1350. The cottage formed the greater part of an original Guildhall. It has been lovingly maintained and furnished to a very high standard. Downstairs comprises of a cosy sitting room, separate dining room, a kitchen with breakfast bar and a downstairs utility room / toilet. Upstairs holds a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, and a lovely bathroom with toilet. Two village pubs are found within a 5 min walk!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

The house was tastefully decorated in July 2023 and comprises of a full kitchen, king bedroom with shower ensuite and a double bedroom with shower/bathroom to suit up to four guests. Located a 30 min stroll to the Abbey Gardens, St Edmundsbury Cathedral and the many restaurants/cafes of Bury St Edmunds. The house is also only a 30 min walk to the West Suffolk Hospital, so is an ideal base whether it be to explore Bury or to visit patients or work at the hospital.
