A stunning home full of art and character. It was so unique and really fun just looking at all of the charming things throughout the house. Amazing pool. Nice swing set for the kids. Any issues that arose the host was highly responsive and proactive in making sure our stay was not impacted.

110% worth it! it was great , Mr Chad was a very good host and provided us with clear instructions on check in , and check out instructions. the jacuzzi was our favorite part , and we really loved the tv’s they were super high quality ! i mean just everything was exactly as described / pictured and it felt like we were right at home ! thank you :))

## A Gem in Perry! Our Wonderful Stay at Jade's Airbnb From the moment we booked Jade's Airbnb in Perry, Georgia, we knew we were in for a treat, but our experience truly exceeded expectations! The house is absolutely lovely - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, offering a perfect blend of peaceful residential living with easy access to everything Perry has to offer. Whether we were heading to the Georgia National Fairgrounds or exploring the charming downtown area, everything was just a short and convenient drive away. Jade has truly thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making meal preparation a breeze. We especially appreciated the little extras, like the complimentary coffee, which were a welcoming touch after a long journey.

Our stay was perfect. We were there attending the GA national livestock show in Perry and the place was the perfect location and easy access to what we needed. The house was clean and spacious for our family. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the home due to the shows we attended, but we would definitely stay again!! Great hostess!! Thanks so much!!

Paula was a great host,very good communication,if you have a question she gets back with you immediately,and very nice .Me and my dad have stayed in so many different air bnb’s in the Perry,Kathleen,and Warner Robins area and the lake joy house was the best in my opinion.she had so many amenities,everything you need,from paper towels to tooth paste,most places don’t offer many amenities/items like the lake joy house does.The place was very clean and the location is very peaceful.

Hakeem was extremely accommodating to me and my family, we were in town after loosing our brother, the funeral was an extreme cost along with travel expenses, Hakeems place was beyond affordable for us and our needs while he accommodated us meeting above circumstances. Hakeems place was wonderful, quiet, kid friendly, clean, all around.. felt like home in the roughest times of our life. He was BEYOND accommodating to us, and more graceful than I could’ve asked. We all loved the homey environment and the quietness of the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the park about 5 minutes near by, the adults enjoyed the beds!! Very nice area, Hakeem gave extremely clear and well written instructions and the home is just what you need if you want to feel home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The neighborhood is incredibly cozy and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax. Plenty of parking, and I loved that it included access to the garage—such a huge plus. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay!
