We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the city centre was extremely conveniently located from the flat and everything we wanted for a ‘touristy’ trip to Brighton was within walking distance. We had great food options and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!😃

Great place to stay very clean, quiet and matched the description of the flat. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there were no clear instructions on how to access the gym and their customer service team said to speak to the staff on site but there was no one to speak to which I felt was unprofessional as in the listing it says accessible gym but they couldn’t provide details about it which is misleading.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful accommodation! What a breathtaking view to wake up to in the morning, we wrapped up warm and spent many hours on the beach, walked to the pier, made good use of the gym....We are dreaming of returning again soon. Staying at Sophia's place was truly one of the most special experiences I’ve had through Airbnb (if not the best). From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home – not just as guests, but as part of her family. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality touched our hearts in so many ways. Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

This was our second stay here, and just as comfortable as the first. The location is great for Lewes amenities, and remarkably quiet for such a central location.

La posizione, alla Marina di Brighton, è molto tranquilla ma comunque ben servita: c’è un grande supermercato e molti negozi e ristoranti. A pochi passi da casa partono gli autobus per tutte le destinazioni, sia per il centro città che per raggiungere punti di interesse lungo la costa. Kamila è stata gentile ed è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

Lovely lower ground floor apartment, everything was very clean and tidy, as listing mentioned the parking space is narrow but our Yaris for fine. There's a coop on the next street and it's about 3 minutes walk to the pier and sea life centre (we didn't use the car at all during our stay). Jenny sent real clear instructions to access the parking space and apartment which took the stress out of arriving.

Nice quiet place. All went smoothly and communication was very good and helpful.

We had a lovely stay. There was a footpath next to the accommodation which was handy to get into Graffham. The facilities in the accommodation were very lovely, but we did bang our heads a couple of times on the slanted walls in the bedroom. The accommodation was in driving range of other interesting towns The terrain of the farm roads was a bit rough on our car.

Emily was a fantastic host. Her and her family have demonstrated exactly how AirBnB was intended to be used. I loved staying at her home and all of the home comforts of an actual family home made the stay that much more enjoyable. great house, great host.

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was lovely. Nice and clean and fresh. Plenty of equipment for the kitchen. Clean bathrooms with clean towels. Bed linen was clean and fresh. Parking was good and it was quiet and peaceful. Thank you to Emma for the daffodils and to Angela for the started pack, it was so nice we wish we had stayed longer. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Franceska’s home in Forest Row! We were holidaying with our young children and my parents and all three generations loved the facilities and found the house very comfortable. The garden is lovely and enclosed so fab for the kids to play in and adults to sit in. The house was beautiful but also set up for family life which suited us perfectly. The playroom had loads of toys which our 2 and 4 year olds really enjoyed. The very easy access to the Forest Way right from the house made walking or cycling into Forest Row very safe and quick with the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking at home which was what we did most nights. The beds were comfortable and the living area downstairs was more spacious than we expected from the photos. Forest Row is a good base for exploring locally with small food shops, pubs, and a playground. We easily visited Wakehust Place, the Bluebell Railway, and Ashdown Forest. We would definitely stay again!

This is a very personal home that makes you feel that you are in a place that's full of love and family values - the opposite of those places that are pure lettings owned by companies. It's exactly as advertised and very comfortable. From the lovely scented aroma that you smell as you enter to the abundance of throws, cushions and pilows around the place, this house makes you feel warm and welcome. Maria was really helpful - leaving fresh milk and such for our arrival - and she sent some lovely messages and recommendations during our stay - she's a fantastic host and is rightly proud to share her lovely home with her guests. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Maria. 💖
