A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

A gorgeous studio flat set in a grade II listed beautiful regency building . Full of period features such as stained glass windows , high ceilings, large sash windows and gorgeous cornicing. A fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, nespresso coffee machine and smeg kitchen appliances really finish off the style of this fabulous space . The location is perfect with only a five min walk from Hove station, local shops , bars and restaurants and of course the beach ! We provide hand sanitiser, wipes etc

Large and stylish central Hove apartment with private garden, situated on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian seafront building with direct sea views and views over Hove Lawns. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

There's a private decked patio and 2 King Size beds. Brighton's chic shopping & vibrant nightlife is a 30 min stroll along the prom. Our welcome pack has Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day parking permit and there is nearby EV charging.

The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.
