I’ve found my new favorite staycation spot and where I will enthusiastically recommend to friends and family visiting the area. The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. I will miss my morning coffee on the patio amongst all the plants and birds, my daily work sessions in the small quiet office, and the evening dips in the hot tub. Thanks for your thoughtfulness in creating this space!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

It was an absolute delight to stay at Vanessa‘s location! The scenery was beautiful and the bungalow was comfy🥰 I really appreciated how responsive she was whenever I had a questions. And the tour of all the animals was a big highlight! But my absolute favorite was the Jacuzzi and the backyard area had tons of things to do😍 I will go back as often as I can because it was the perfect stay 🥰

My friend and I recently stayed at Laura‘s place with our four kids under four years old. The house was not only super cute and clean, but also very comfortable, accommodating and kid friendly. Laura even made sure we had enough cribs/ floor beds to accommodate our specific sleeping needs for our young kiddos. Despite the chaos of juggling 4 kids, we felt right at home and welcomed by Laura. It was so nice to have plenty to “do” at the house when we chose to stay in and were within 15 minutes to beaches and shops on days we chose to venture out. Indian rocks beach was our favorite (less crowded than Clearwater - although parking took a little time to find mid day) and we had a blast at ZooTampa (~40 min away). We also walked around shops and ate lunch at Pelican Walk Plaza which was a fun change of pace. Ice cream and Walmart (and other grocery/ stores) were 2-5 minutes from the house which was super convenient as well. We highly recommend the house/ property, location and hostess!

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

Ame is a wonderful host! This is the cutest little house, stocked with everything you might need for a stay in sunny Florida! Clean as a whistle, too. Location was perfect, groceries, the beach, pizza and shopping all close by.

We had an amazing stay! This place is so cute & a 1 minute walk to the beach. They provided everything we needed for our beach days & it was easy to access from the storage room. Everything was clean & exactly as described. The hosts were extremely responsive within minutes anytime I had a question. They also let us check in early which was super helpful! The area itself is super cute. We were able to walk everywhere we needed or take the trolley for only $2 a person. My husband and I had our 5 year old daughter with us and this place had plenty of space for the 3 of us. I would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is cozy and great for a single person or a couple. My fiancé and I were quite comfortable. A nice bonus was the fenced and private back patio. I was able to take work calls and do a load of laundry - handy! Though this cottage is located toward the back, behind the main house, it felt very private and quiet. There was a couple staying in the main house and other than saying our friendly hellos, we had our space and they had theirs. The surrounding neighborhood is a true gem. The Riverwalk can be seen from the driveway and it’s just a short walk away. The bay and view of downtown are lovely, and the homes along the way are so gorgeous. Felt very safe; a nice way to get your steps in. There are small centers nearby and though we didn’t have as much time to explore since we were both working, we hit upon an awesome Thai restaurant just a 3 min walk away that was surrounded by a number of other places that looked promising as well. A lovely part of town overall!

Citrus Cottage 2 was the perfect size for my wife and I. The location can't be beat. Dunedin is a walkable town, and the cottage was right in the center of everything. We were a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants and breweries and to the Pinellas Trail. Michael provided a clean and comfortable home for us to relax in. The shower was amazing and felt so good after a 13+ mile bike ride. We have been to Dunedin several times and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed in. We highly recommend Citrus Cottage 2, and we will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Dunedin!

Ahmed and Elizabeth’s place was the perfect get away for our family ! Traveling with an infant isn’t always easy and they made sure there was a pack-n-play and high chair at the property upon our arrival. The property is absolutely stunning! The back yard is a little slice of heaven, we never wanted to get out of the pool. The house is a quick walk to the beach which made it so easy for beach days especially with our little one ! I would definitely recommend for anyone’s staying in Indian Rocks Beach!

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and exactly as listed, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was kayaking with the manatees; we even saw baby manatees and lots of other wildlife. The location felt private yet was conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, which was perfect. Check-in was a breeze, and we enjoyed easy day trips to Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island for shelling, Dunedin and Tampa. Weeki wachee state park was just down the street and a fun visit. This place is great for families with young kids, as we appreciated the security measures in place to keep the little ones safe. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The Alafia River House did not disappoint. Check in was easy with helpful photos & directions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but yet close to everything too. The house is tucked in right on the river, the yard is lush & Florida tropical, it is the perfect place to sit & read, eat a meal or take a nap. Watching the chickens and surrounding nature are an added bonus. The home is old with character, but so clean & refreshing. All the things you need and more are carefully stowed in antique furniture. Martha is easy to contact, but you shouldn’t need anything. The kitchen is up to date & has all of the extra things that you probably forgot to bring. My husband and I had a sweet trip & the Alafia River House was a gem. Thank you Martha.

This is our second time renting this home because it’s so great! It’s also the perfect location for my son’s tennis training. Krista always responds quickly with any questions. One of these days I’m gonna use that beautiful backyard. Maybe when I come back in August.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Very easier to get everywhere we had to go. I highly, recommend Doug's place.

Everything was LOVELY! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, much appreciated! The home was super clean and peaceful. The pool was warm and clean ... the shower outside was amazing! Our stay was truly amazing and peaceful ... a home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Erin's place. First off, it was spotless! The location is great and within easy walking distance to Dunedin's delightful Main St. We found the space to be comfortable and quiet. Erin was very responsive and pleasure to deal with. We will stay here again when we return to Dunedin.

I went with two girlfriends for a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. Across the street from a quiet beach and lots of things to use like bikes, stand up paddle boards, and beach chairs. The place itself is super cute and comfortable, although I think three people would be the most I’d try to fit in there. Andi was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. There’s a cool bar that is literally right outside of the place, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Maybe it’s for the best though, because it’s open until 2am!

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Amazing and peaceful. This was exactly what I and my kids (6 and 14) needed for a weekend trip! I would highly recommend and would book again if coming to the area without hesitation.

We spent 4 days here with our 3 kids (11, 9 & 3) and absolutely loved it! The cottage is perfect for a family with small kids or a couple of adults. I wouldn’t recommend more than that because of the bathroom. They have really maximized the space & we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a little different from the photos- in a great way! There is a counter top that wraps around in the kitchen/living area. The beach chairs were a huge bonus as half of us flew in and didn’t have much room for packing. Between the 5 of us, the house had plenty of dishes, towels, trash bags, etc.. much more was provided than your average condo/rental home stay. The neighborhood is amazing and truly a gem, rare to find such peace and quiet on a busy coast. My kids were enamored with Charlie the bird and we really enjoyed having so many walkable options for food (The Grove was our morning routine!) If you are looking in the area, do not hesitate to book this home- you’re in for a treat!

Your cottage truly felt like a home away from home. I was charmed by its character & history – the beautiful wooden floors, the cozy fireplace – it all created such a welcoming atmosphere. Your place was the perfect base for our stay to visit with family. I had prepared all of our meals in advance, but, of course, forgot some basics like foil and storage bags. I was delighted to find your wonderfully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed every meal in the spacious dining room, with the fireplace adding a lovely touch of comfort. Every room in the cottage was big, and thoughtfully decorated. And the bathroom – with that incredible soaking tub – was the cherry on top. I treated myself to a long, relaxing soak on our second morning. Though we didn’t use the second bathroom, the large step in shower was a great option to have. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our sense of ease. Thank you for creating such a thoughtful, comfortable space.

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc
