Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, and gather in living areas framed by glassed rock walls, with a music room for the evenings. Near beaches and golf, 15 min to the city, 3 free parking spots. With a bedroom, bathroom and lounge per floor, it sleeps 8. The second floor offers a kitchen and grand dining space for long summer dinners.

Nära hav och skog ligger denna 70-tals villa med stora sällskapsytor, fritt och högt läge med sol från morgon till kväll. Busshållplatsen ligger 500m bort och bussen går in till centrala Göteborg på 25 min. Du når havet med fina badvikar på 2 min med bil eller 7 min på cykel. (Finns 4st att låna) Fina promenad/löparområden i närliggande naturreservat. Stor matbutik 5min med bil, Elbilsladdare ingår.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Promenera fem minuter till småbåtshamnen vid Lahall för bad och strand, eller promenera längs havet och njut av den vackra naturen. Villan och dess omgivningar erbjuder utmärkta möjligheter för gemensamma aktiviteter, och i närområdet finns golf- och tennisbanor. Perfekt utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Halland och Västkusten, oavsett årstid!

Beautiful villa with sea view, close to Gothenburg

Beautiful house with stunning sea views. Close to sea and nature, yet only ~25 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. 3-5min walk to busstop. Walking distance to the seaside with both rocks and docks. The house is on the outskirts of the villa area overlooking the sea from the terrace and across the forest on the other side. From the large terrace you will enjoy nature and beautiful sunsets in the sea. Three modern bedrooms, two modern bathrooms. Playground and forrest 3 min walk from house.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Unik flytande bostad med utsikt över vattnet centralt belägen i Göteborg. Endast 1,5 km från centralstationen och Nordstans shoppingcenter. Området är lite alternativt i ett ”up and coming” industriområde med lokala bryggerier, konsthallar, gatukonst och stadsodlingar. Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Lantligt boende nära havet

I Brottkärr, bara 10-15 minuters bilresa från Göteborg ligger denna mysiga och nyrenoverade gäststuga. Gäststugan ligger intill huvudbostad. Enklare Kök/pentry utrustat med kaffebryggare/kokare, micro och kyl/frys. Fräscht badrum utrustat med Japansk Toalett. I sovrummet finns en King size säng med plats för två. I vardagsrummet finns bäddsoffa med plats för två. Parkeringsplats med elbilsladdare. Typ 2, 11kw Badplats, ca 800m Matbutik restauranger ca 1km Centrala Göteborg, 13km

Litsegården

Här på vår lilla gård i Billdal bor du nära naturen med både skog och hav men ändå nära till bekvämligheter i Nya Hovås eller Göteborg. På gården finns katter, höns, ankor och bin och runt knuten finns rådjur och en och annan älg. Boendet har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet där två får plats och där finns även en 55 tums TV. Badrum med dusch och toalett samt tvättmaskin. Extrasängar kan ordnas på förfrågan mot tillägg.

Just being at the house is a holiday in itself with its setting amongst the typical granite boulders and vegetation that is synonymous for the region. Beautiful ocean, sunset and forest views as you lookout from the lounge, bedroom or large sunning deck.
