The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Secluded romantic rural getaway near Chichester

The Pump-House offers studio accommodation for up-to two people and is located within the gardens at Little Fisher Farm. The self contained studio property has the option of either two single beds or a super-king double. A kitchen and en-suite shower bathroom are located at one end. Views are to the west over the gardens and the surrounding farmland. Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden & farmland. Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
