We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. The location is perfect - Ideal if you wish to park your car and just walk - approx 5min walking distance from the village shops, beach, cafes, pubs, restaurants and village green. You can walk to Keyhaven harbour and the marshes, very popular with bird watchers. A ferry can be taken to Hurst Castle.

The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.

The Studio at Trees

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.
