The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Lovely countryside and beach walks and free use of 2 bicycles. The garden is private, though the cottage next door is granted access through if needed
