This light-filled 480 square ft upstairs studio boasts Idaho art, heated wood floors, farmhouse sink, gas stove, antique desk, firm but soft queen bed, record player, Bluetooth speakers, comfy reclining chair, clawfoot tub, and WiFi. No TV! Free on-street parking. Raised deck overlooks garden. Hot tub. Stairs to access. No pets. Owner lives in separate main home. LGBTQ welcome! Space resonates with peaceful, healing energy.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Peaceful guest house just 5 minutes from downtown Twin Falls. Our 3 acre property has a gated entrance shared with our home. Beautiful views from the front picture window of rolling farm fields, grazing cows and the south hills. The guest house is surrounded by a small fenced yard with a propane fire pit, tree swing and chairs. My family and I live next door and are happy to help with anything you might need during your visit to Twin Falls.

Hospital is 10 minute away for work or visiting trips. ISU is just down the road. Ross Park Zoo, Parks, and Swimming Complex are a walk away. Close to many locally owned Restaurants. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun. Nostalgic train sounds most guests say is background noise.

It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
