La stanza era pulitissima, ordinata e si presentava esattamente come veniva descritta. La Sig.a Giuliana è stata gentilissima consigliandoci luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

Lucia est réactive dans nos échanges. Propositions d'activités et bonne communication. Le logement est très bien et très bien situé pour visiter le sud de la Sardaigne. A savoir, endroit calme mais il y a des chiens aux alentours qui aboient régulièrement mais ce qui nous pas empêcher de profiter pleinement de nos vacances.

Silvia, která se o nás starala byla velmi pozorná a ochotná. Okamžitě reagovala na veškeré dotazy a byla velmi nápomocná s radami ohledně stravování a možností výletů po okolí. Navštívili jsme Porto Paglia v květnu, tedy mimo hlavní sezonu a byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni. Celé okolí je plné kouzelných cest na procházky, rozkvetlá a provoněná příroda, krásné západy slunce a naprosto prázdné pláže. Pokud někdo hledá klidné a příjemné prostředí přímo u moře, pak v květnu je toto místo naprosto skvělé. Ubytování je výborně vybavené a čisté. Soukromé parkovací místo je příjemným bonusem. Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches around. Our favorite was a small cave like beach close to Porto Pinetto. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the cats and chickens of the very nice neighbor lady.

L'appartamento di Paola è comodo, ben attrezzato e molto carino, non manca davvero nulla! inoltre si trova in una zona tranquilla della cittadina. Paola ci ha accolto e ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per un buon soggiorno, e ci ha dato disponibilità per ogni nostra necessità. siamo state bene e se possibile torneremo!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich top! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in Alessandros kleinen und charmanten Ferienhaus gefühlt. Besonderer Pluspunkt war für uns die Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Garten und dem Blick auf die sardischen Berge. Außerdem möchten wir die Ausstattung der Küche besonders positiv hervorheben. Es gab mehrere Töpfe und Pfannen, sodass wir super kochen konnten. Da wir Mitte April dort waren, waren die Nächte etwas kühler. Super ist deshalb, dass es im Haus auf jeder Ebene eine funktionierende und wirksame Heizung gibt. Alessandro ist äußerst gastfreundlich. Zur Begrüßung haben wir frisch gepflückte Orangen bereitgestellt bekommen und während der Woche erhielten wir frisches Bio-Gemüse von Alessandros Vater, der neben dem Ferienhaus ein eigenes Gemüsefeld hat. Also alles in Allem ein sehr schöner, ruhiger und idyllischer Ort um die Zeit auf Sardinien zu genießen.

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Fantastic stay at Monica's beautiful home perfectly situated within Is Molas Resort. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to stunning local beaches and amenities.The house itself was incredibly welcoming and homey, making us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed spending time by the lovely swimming pool, which was immaculately maintained and a highlight of our stay. Monica was an outstanding host. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Having previously stayed at her other property in Puglia, we were delighted to find the same high standards and thoughtful touches that made both experiences truly memorable. We highly recommend this charming property and can't wait to return again!

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Diese Unterkunft ist kein gewöhnlicher Ort – sie ist ein kleines Paradies, das sich sofort wie Zuhause anfühlt. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und lässt einen den Alltag augenblicklich vergessen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Geborgenheit, an dem man einfach ankommt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind Giovannis Eltern, Francesca und Benjamino. Sie kümmern sich nicht nur mit großer Sorgfalt um das Anwesen, sondern begegnen ihren Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit. Als unsere Tochter plötzlich hohes Fieber bekam, holten sie ohne zu zögern einen Arzt und begleiteten uns anschließend ins Krankenhaus. Sie blieben die ganze Zeit an unserer Seite – mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die uns tief berührt hat. Dieser Ort und diese Menschen sind ein Geschenk – und sie verdienen die beste Bewertung, die man nur geben kann.

L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso con un terrazzo vista saline spazioso e comodo. Estremamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona centrale ma tranquilla, una posizione dalla quale è possibile visitare il centro a piedi ma anche spostarsi agilmente verso le spiagge etutto il resto dell'isola sia in macchina che motorino. Federico è stato cortese e disponibile sia in termini di flessibilità degli orari che nel fornirci indicazioni sui posti e ristoranti che vale la pena visitare. Un soggiorno durato una settimana nella quale siamo stati come a casa. Consigliatissimo

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

Alloggio gradevole, spazi eccellenti e confortevoli: bagni funzionali alle necessità (ottima la presenza della lavatrice), camere da letto dotate di letti comodi che ci hanno garantito una ottima qualità del sonno, nonostante qualche acciacco fisico. La cucina perfetta, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari alla tipologia di vacanza avevamo programmato. Posizione ottimale, comodo raggiungere le spiagge dell’isola, la zona dei locali e il porto. Poche difficoltà nei parcheggi. Valentina disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito indicazioni precise per raggiungere l’appartamento e sui posti da vedere/dove mangiare. Comoda anche la possibilità di effettuare il self check-in. Se dovessimo tornare a Carloforte sarebbe sicuramente perfetto poter rialloggiare qui!

Elisabetta hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles gezeigt und auch zwischendurch gefragt ob alles ok ist. Das Haus verfügt über alles was benötigt wird um hier ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Die Lage ermöglicht es viele schöne Strände und auch Cagliari relativ schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft (gerade für Familien) vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

L'alloggio è esattamente come da annuncio e foto, fin più spazioso di quello che sembrava. Marco è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito anche lettino e alzatina per la nostra bimba. Giardino bellissimo. Facile raggiungere le spiagge della zona. Assolutamente consigliato

Wir waren Mitte September für eine Woche Gast in Mauros Appartement. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anliegerstrasse ganz oben am Hügel was eine grossartige Aussicht auf die Bucht von Chia ermöglicht. Diese haben wir von der wunderschönen Terrasse auch ausgiebig genossen. Nach einem kurzen, unaufdringlichem und sehr sympathischen Kontakt mit Mauro, duften wir uns gleich wie Zuhause fühlen. Bei einer Nachfrage war Mauro sofort erreichbar, weiter war aber auch nichts, weil einfach alles funktionierte. Ich möchte keine Liste machen aber von Küchenutensilien über Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Gartengrill etc. pp. einfach alles da. Gut ein großes TV Gerät ist auch da, aber das haben wir jetzt nicht gebraucht. Besonders bemerkenswert wie penibel sauber die Wohnung war. Wir waren schon an vielen verschiedenen Orten in Sardinien, dieser war für uns einer der schönsten. In der Nähe wunderschönste Strände. Zum Spazieren den traumhaften Küstenweg Strada romana. Unser Aufenthalt großartig!
