Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

We loved this house! We could take a little walk to the lake and the private yard with hot tub was great. We will definitely rent again, perhaps in the summer next!

Ideal home for family with kids! Great location, lots of amenities as well as fun kid spaces. We were there in winter. Shuttle picks you up at door step and drops you back at door step after skiing!Everything was well equipted and made the stay quite comfortable for all!

Great spot and great stay! It’s a perfect location and neighborhood, close to downtown Incline and Diamond Peak. The spot had all the little touches needed. One thing we didn’t see until the end was the humidifier. I wish we would’ve used it sooner, it gets dry with the heater on. Thanks for the great stay!

We had the best stay at Kristen and Jami’s cute little cottage. It was exactly as described and exuded even more charm than the photos. We traveled with our dog and she enjoyed the little fenced in yard. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb that was more comfortable and homey than this “Little Blue House”. We loved the warm messages we received from Kristen way before we checked in, and also enjoyed the welcoming flowers and beverages left on the table when we arrived. It made our stay all the more special. Unlike other rentals, Kristen wants your experience to be as carefree as possible which was evident by her hospitality and easy checkout procedures. (Just leave the key - that’s it!). No one does that! It was awesome! She also made several recommendations on dining and fun things to do while we were there. We definitely had the best time. We had a wonderful stay! The host was responsive and quickly resolved a minor issue with the garage door opener, ensuring our stay remained smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations!

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

The place was adorable and comfy cozy. The host gave us so much information I didn’t have to ask any questions or wonder about anything. The town was so close by and it was nice having recommendations and a guest book. We loved our stay and would visit again

Ideal location for a family ski trip. Parked in heated garage and didn’t have to get in the car until it was time to leave. Spacious and fully stocked. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Kevin and Jennifer's stay was very comfortable, clean, and great location! they were very responsive and were flexible with our travel plans. We loved the location as we snowboarded every day and it was convenient to utilize the Northstar shuttle and be at the mountain in less than 10 mins! Rooms and beds were comfortable for our group of 8 ppl. We enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair as great bonuses after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again! We had a wonderful stay! Great location on the water and near the town and great restaurants. It was so lovely to wake up to the gorgeous lake view from the master bedroom in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with our 5 and 8 year old kids and family dog. Fantastic location and great value- exactly as pictured. Cozy, not fussy, right in the heart of the Northstar village. If you need a midday break from skiing or have a napping child, this location is so close that it would be easy to come back for lunch or a rest. Other guests noted the 2 flights of stairs and one elevator as a potential draw back. Wasn't a problem for us on shoulder season. We left our skiiis in the car, you could also check them at the valet if you've got your hands full with kiddos. We used the heated pool and hot tubs at the recc center. Doggy relief was as convenient as it could be in an apartment-like building. Lots of patches of dirt close by with a nice walking trail by the recc center. One note, we had some nice spring weather and the loft got warm in the afternoons. Drawing the shades during the day and opening windows and doors for the evening made it more comfortable for sleeping.

Loved the space, love the town, would definitely recommend to anybody who loves mixing luxury with nature.

Lovely cabin in Tahoe City! Just up the hill, close to the city but quiet enough that you can hear the creek running through the backyard. Nicely furnished with a king sized bed and a fireplace right by the bed

We had a nice long weekend at Dustin’s home. Easy and prompt communication. Check in was a breeze. The home was cozy, updated and safe, just as pictured and described. Beds and furniture were comfy. Loved the special decorative touches throughout the home. It is a relaxing and private property with short drives to activity hubs and restaurants. Would love to stay here again. Thanks Dustin!

Great location for skiing, very quiet neighborhood. House was clean, well maintained, and had all of the essentials and more. We would definitely come again.

Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!
