Master includes 42 inch TV with DVD. Second Bedroom has a Queen and a 32 inch TV. A second full bath off the Queen Bedroom that also provides access to the pool area. The third bedroom has two full beds w/ 32 in TV with XBOX. All TV's are Smart TV's. For families with a little one we also have a pack & play.

Our place is close to the city center, parks, beach & shopping. Grocery store and drug store just across the street. You’ll love our place because it's peaceful, the views, the wildlife, the location and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. A peaceful neighborhood to walk or bike. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

Spacious, private 1 bedroom guest house with child safe pool, Wifi smart tv, kitchen, with full size frig. sink, microwave & cook top. Dining room, living room, bathroom with walkin shower. Covered parking, gas grill, wash & dryer access, beach chairs. We prefer no pets but if necessary there is added charge $10/pet per night.
