My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.

During the summer months you can sit out on our deck and listen to Music On the Green in the Mariposa Art Park while enjoying a glass of one of our local wines.
