Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Paddla havskajak (ingår) till Bullerö, ro till kringliggande öar, spring eller gå på stigarna, basta i egen vedeldad bastu 5 meter från havet och hoppa i från egen brygga, det är naturupplevelse som när den är som bäst. På vintern åker du skridskor på isen till boendet och badar i vak.
