Porch and balcony give access to a Florida landscape of water, Cypress trees and assortment of wildlife.

Perfect get way whether for a few days or a snowbird experience. Pet dog friendly, however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties.

Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Inside, we have just added a stunningly comfortable new Queen sized bed with a "Purple" mattress on an adjustable frame. Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

Cypress cove community offers a pool, gazebo & private boat ramp. The boat ramp is on a canal that provides direct access to Lake Spivey. This townhouse is centrally located, just 1 mile from the Historic District downtown Inverness. Three porches makes this a perfect relaxing destination.

(Option to have an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom if needed at higher rate). All your shopping needs are a 10 minute drive or less including Publix, Walmart, Lowes, TJMaxx and lots of restaurants. Additionally there are lots of lakes and hiking within the town. Both MCO & TPA are just over an hour away.

FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!
