Η κυρία Ευτυχία και ο κύριος Κώστας ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι και πρόθυμοι να με βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα!! Η διαμονή ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και ο χώρος πάρα πολύ καθαρός και περιποιημένος. Ο μεγάλος και όμορφος κήπος ήταν ό,τι έπρεπε για να χαλαρώσεις και να απολαύσεις τη φύση!! Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Wat een vakantie! Zodra we in het huis kwamen voelden we ons thuis. Een thuis met prachtige tuin, fantastisch uitzicht, een terras in de zon en een sfeer in het huis die meteen goed voelde! Als je iets anders zoekt dan een standaard appartement en meer met lokale mensen in contact wil komen is dit wat je zoekt, weg van de massatoerisme. Een auto is aan te rader. Dan zit je binnen 15 minuten overal, van strand tot supermarkt en heerlijke restaurantjes. Met onze twee zoontjes had het huis alles wat wij nodig hadden en we vonden het contact met de eigenaren heel prettig! Ze hebben ons veel verteld over het eiland maar respecteren ook je privacy. Zij hebben het huis met liefde verbouwd en dat is te voelen. Een huis met een verhaal! Voor ons maakte deze plek onze vakantie uniek!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή ! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική - κοντά σε εστιατόρια, καφέ και παραλίες. Το απόλυτο highlight ήταν η εντυπωσιακή βεράντα με την ιδιωτική πισίνα και την απίστευτη θέα που μας άφησε άφωνους - απολαύσαμε κάθε στιγμή εκεί, από το πρωινό καφέ μέχρι το βραδινό κρασί με θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος να απαντήσει σε ερωτήσεις και να προτείνει μέρη για επίσκεψη στην περιοχή. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική . Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια αξέχαστη διαμονή!

Stunning 2 level Villa overlooking the sea. The place is beautifully decorated, the layout is smart and stylish. The perfect place to relax or entertain. It’s a close drive to Stavros town and Exoghi and Frikes beach and many other idilic locations. Perfect for hiking and historical sightseeing too. The host Christina was so helpful and generous with her time. We plan to be back again and again.

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Thank you Karina

Το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως το περιμέναμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για τα σημαντικότερα σημεία του νησιού. Η Μεμη ηταν πολύ εξυπηρετικη, φιλική κ διαθέσιμη για κάθε πληροφορία που χρειαστηκαμε.

Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt bei Eleni. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Weg dorthin ist gut beschildert. Man hat seine Ruhe. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft macht einen neuen renovierten Eindruck. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige nützliche Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) gegeben. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar. 10/10
