Private entrance. You have a completely updated/ remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more!
