Lovely stay in this seaside apartment, lots of cool things around to do with my son. Will defo be returning 😊

We had a great stay in Amanda's spotless apartment. Amanda and Dean were very responsive and keen to help resolve a small issue we had with the WiFi during our stay, which was very much appreciated. It is a short walk to Lowestoft high street in one direction, and the beautiful South Beach in the other. As others have said, earplugs will help with the seagulls. Really enjoyed watching the boats in and out of the harbour with the binoculars handily provided in the flat!

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

Really lovely apartment with fantastic views. So many great amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely weekend in Ipswich. Very comfortable beds and lovely decor in the apartment. What a little Gem, we loved our stay and the flat was amazing, fully equipped with what we needed. Amazing views and very comfortable. Great location and great parking and close to all amenities. We would definitely recommend, thank you for letting us stay 🥰.

Robin’s Nest is a lovely comfortable homely house with everything you need situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We thouroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Stayed at Ian’s place with my partner and 3 children for 1 night. Ian was really helpful with questions I had asked, replying instantly. I was looking for a place that was clean and not grubby as my 14 month old is crawling and the photos looked great but also the reviews were key for me to picking this place. Visited for a wedding nearby, great stay and Melanie was flexible with check in times.

Stayed over the Easter weekend. Clear instructions on how to find it & get inside. We had 2 cars so parked 1 in the secure gated area which was a real benefit, the other car on the street. There was always space available in the road but not always directly outside the house. The house is on 3 floors with big spacious bedrooms & a seaview from the rear rooms. Exceptionally comfy beds & good quality bed linen & towels. A well equipped kitchen & a good stock of board games in the living room which we had fun using each evening. Other houses in the street had a wheelie bin but I couldn’t find ours so sorry, we couldn’t empty the bins as we normally would when vacating a property. 1 thing I would add to the top floor bedroom would be a comfy chair, there’s space for 1 & it would be a nice place to sit & read. The house is next to a trainline but right at the end of the line so no noise at all. Harwich is small & seemed very quiet. A few shops, pubs & restaurants easy walking distance away.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

Our 3rd visit to this property. Excellent location and very peaceful. Filippa and Oliver were very responsive and quick to resolve some minor issues. Great cycling routes into Southwold.

All three generations of our family had a brilliant stay at Sue's beautiful waterside bungalow on the Oulton Broad. It is spacious, beautifully appointed and perfectly located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, parks and local attractions and supermarkets. The views are fabulous and we created some terrific memories together. There are some lovely walks around and my 9 year old daughter loved our walks to the Nicholas Everitt Park. We even managed to see a fabulous live performance of Some Guys Have All The Luck at the Marina Theatre at Lowestoft. Sue is a perfect hostess, always responsive to our needs and even going the extra mile to attend to an issue with the hot water at the cottage at 8.30pm! Would definitely look forward to visiting again.

I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

Great little place next to river, friendly hosts thank Mark and Jan. Our dog enjoyed all the local and beach walks. Had fun with the canoe on the river.

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

Micheal was really warm & welcoming host, with lots of humour & charm. He makes a mean cocktail in their cool little bar at the back of their lovely danish shop He gave us great recommendations for place to go and places to eat . The studio is above the shop and is very clean with everything you need , perfect for 2 people. When we return to Frinton we will definitely be trying to stay at the studio. Thank you’re hospitably

The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear that Belinda genuinely cares about her guests' comfort and experience. Communication with Belinda was smooth and easy, with quick responses. Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

We had another lovely stay in Donna's apartment. The location is wonderful, being so near to the seafront and local shops. Donna has made some great changes since we last stayed, which we loved and the apartment has kept its lovely feel. We would love to come back.
