You’ll love it because of the location, the Wi-Fi, the A/C, the weather, the hot tub, the comfy bed, and three cats. Great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. South Coast Plaza, Triangle, the Lab, the Camp, and many amazing restaurants are a short ride away. The beach at Newport Beach is 3.5 miles. You are close to everything!

Safe and quiet neighborhood Parking: on the streets ( there are plenty) except on 2nd and 4th Monday mornings =street sweeping- parking: on driveway One guest and non-smoker only please. Enjoy your privacy in our beautiful Tustin Hills guesthouse. French doors lead out to a patio where you are greeted by the sound of running water from fountains. From there take a few steps down to the pool and private outdoor eating area. Enjoy colorful sunsets and late afternoon ocean breezes, while enjoying a glass of wine. The guesthouse has its own private entrance and features vaulted ceilings, stocked kitchen, bathroom, living room/bedroom located on a serene property with city views.

Private studio apartment. Second-story unit, set back from the street, in a separate building behind the hosts' home. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

Our home, of warm country comfort, is nestled on acreage in the Tustin hills, among estate homes. Enjoy an escape from the bustle and yet you are 20 minutes from Disneyland and John Wayne Airport. Private road and parking. Enjoy birds, hawks, chirping crickets and patio seating. Enjoy light use of the family and dining room, and kitchen. Linens are hypo-allergenic. Room has microwave, coffee maker, fridge and black out curtains. 3 min. to hilly running trails and parks. We have ellusive cats!

Bedroom is 2 steps from front door. 😊 Large home with lots of windows and a happy vibe. You will feel comfortable. Mini Fridge in room. The dog in the photo does not live here, but there is a couple of outside/ inside cats. Very quiet neighborhood. There are 2 Private heated pools to enjoy. You can check in as late as you like. Wonderful park to walk, 1 minute away. We are 1 mile from Old Town Tustin, which is a wonderful are to walk, shop, dine & the greatest French Bakery in California!
