French double door open to the patio in and enjoy garden view. Close your eyes and listen to the birds song all day. No breakfast. Only provide tea and coffee. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.
