'Croft 29 Chalet' was built in 2018 and is set in the beautiful area of Kilmuir, north Skye - just 15 minutes north of Uig. The chalet sleeps 2 (or 3). There is a double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (which sleeps 1). Spacious shower-room, and separate living area with picture window which includes a kitchenette (sink, kettle, fridge, microwave). Outside there is a decking area and hammock so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning views over the Minch to the Western Isles.

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Nearby is the Lews Castle set within its beautiful grounds, ideal for walking in. On the edge of the grounds is the 18 hole Stornoway golf course. Ideal accommodation a couple or small family. The house is in a quiet location in a small village but just 15 minutes drive away from main town Stornoway with ferry terminal and shops and a 30 minutes from the AirPort.
