Renta de villas vacacionales en Isola Albarella

This is a wonderful villa. It consists of four self-contained flats and a communal large dining room / lounge and kitchen. You only pay person who actually stays, but have the use of as many of the flats as you need to accommodate those who stay (up to 10 persons altogether), and your party has exclusive use of the shared kitchen and dining room / lounge. There is a lovely private garden and outdoor eating area, and a very good barbecue. The area is very peaceful. We went on lovely walks down the lanes straight out of the front door. You will need a vehicle to stay. We found Vicenza (1/2 hour), Padova (1/2 hour) and Venezia (1 hour) all quite easily reachable with a car. Alvise was very responsive and helpful, living in a small house nearby in the grounds. We considered it very good value for money, and would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung die der Beschreibung entspricht. Verschiedene, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Fleischer, Restaurants und Friseur direkt um die Ecke. Strand zu Fuß kurzerhand erreichbar (Öffentlich und Strandvermietung), kurzer Weg zur Fähre, ca. 15 Minuten nach Venedig (Markusplatz). Nette, ruhige Umgebung, nette Nachbarn und Anwohner; für jüngere gibt es gute Angebote am Abend in der Umgebung, wo man etwas trinken gehen kann. Im Garten kann man es sich gut gemütlich machen, gegen Mücken empfiehlt sich die Nutzung der Rauchspiralen und Anti-Mücken-Spray. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr angenehmer Check-in und die Wohnung ist gut vorbereitet, sodass man direkt in den Urlaub starten kann.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Alles was wir uns vor gestellt haben war auch da. Selbst Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Gerne wieder!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de la maison, la nature, le chant du coq 😊 très reposant. Nerella est adorable et conseille les voyageurs, le logement est à 10 mn de la gare où vous pouvez prendre le train pour Venise en 11 mn et pour 1.50 € !!! Logement agréable, propre et confortable ( bonne literie). Pour se rendre sur Venise, il y a 2 lignes de bus fréquentes à proximité de la maison et en 5 min vous êtes directement à l’embarcadère pour Venise. Je recommande ce logement!

Nella casa di Marcello si vive immersi nella natura e nella pace. In pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi. La casa è molto intima e accogliente e gli spazi esterni permettono di vivere all’aperto tutti i momenti della giornata.

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Ca‘ delle Contesse ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Lagune. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, der private Saunabereich ein Highlight. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

We loved staying here with our baby. The place was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. We felt so loved and taken care of during our stay. Definitely would stay here again the next time we are in Italy.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

The villa is very large and has a rustic charm to it. We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. A lot of space and the garden/yard is massive. The deck and table outside just off the kitchen was great especially with three young children. Surrounding area is wonderful and the villa fits perfectly in that context. The proximity to Padova and Venice is a plus too. Our host was always very kind and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. It was a very nice stay for us.

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

Fantastisk sted! Huset er endnu pænere end på billederne. Poolen er virkelig lækker og haven er meget privat og skøn! Huset var meget rent og der er alt man har brug for. Claudia har ydet ekstra ordiner god service.
