We had an amazing stay in Bormio, this apartment is in the best location just minutes walk from the cable car and very close to the town centre. Very comfortable for three of us with a fully functional kitchen and the best views from both balconies

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

We had a fantastic time! The apartment was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Great location to access skiing. Would love to come back again!

Die Kontaktaufnahme war unkompliziert, sowie auch die Wegbeschreibung und den Code zur Schlüsselbox. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen am Waldrand. Vögel und Eichhörnchen besuchen am Morgen die Terasse. An der Einrichtung fehlt nichts. Die Wohnung ist auch super gelegen für Wanderungen ins Val Roseg und Morteratsch. Appartamento a piano terra in una zona tranquilla di Livigno, abbastanza vicina al centro e agli impianti da sci da poterci andare a piedi. Fermata dell'autobus a pochi metri di distanza. La casa era perfetta, tutto in ordine e pulito e arredato con buongusto. Abbiamo incontrato l'host, Ivan, solo al momento della consegna delle chiavi, è riuscito ad essere presente anche se noi eravamo in anticipo.

Alexander ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war einfach und freundlich. Er hat klare Anweisungen für den Check-in und Check-out gegeben, was alles sehr unkompliziert gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage war ruhig, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Cha Sur ist ein tolles Ferienhaus, mit ganz besonderem Flair in ruhiger Lage. Ladina ist eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir werden bestimmt zurück kommen!

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto. L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto (anzi, anche meglio!): pulito, spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione era comoda e tranquilla, ideale rilassarsi. Il check-in è stato facile e la host Claudia è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere a ogni domanda e a offrire ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità!

Abbiamo passato solo una notte nell’alloggio di Pietro, ma avremmo voluto fermarci qualche giorno in più perché era davvero stupendo. Immerso nel borgo e con una vista pazzesca. Ci siamo goduti la tranquillità e l’atmosfera magica della casa. Entrando siamo rimasti colpiti dal contrasto tra moderno e antico, la sensazione è stata quella di sentirsi come a casa nel comfort totale con tutto ciò che ci potesse servire e molto di più come la sauna e la jacuzzi. Pietro ci ha fatto trovare anche due cestini di benvenuto uno per l’aperitivo e uno per la colazione, è stato sempre molto reattivo e ospitale. Super consigliato !! Sicuramente ci torneremo.

La permanenza da Lino e Franca, oltre ad essere stata una bella vacanza per la nostra famiglia, è stata un'occasione per conoscere due persone splendide, generose, ospitali. La casa era perfetta con spazi esterni , quali il forno a legna ed il barbecue, curatissimi e disponibili. La disponibilitä di Lino per farci sentire a nostro agio, totale. Cari amici che leggete questa recensione: ognuno ha i suoi gusti in fatto di viaggi e vacanze, ma posso consigliare ad occhi chiusi la casa di Lino e Franca.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

They are very responsible host. They drove down to the church and led us to the house to make sure we can find the right location. They gave us a warm welcome when checked in. We really enjoyed the stay. Plus the view of the mountains are beautiful through the balcony.

We had a great time at the appartment, six people, 4 adults, 2 kids. Terrace mountain view is amazing and no direct neighbouring houses (apart from the flats in the same building), so safe snd sound ✌️ 2 bathrooms and many sleeping options, including the couch, make it very convenient when with small kids, the place is bright, wrll equipped and very cosy. Its only hard to find 😅 the given address doesnt correspond to the building exactly, but with the hostesss help we managed. We had amazing time!

alloggio conforme all'annuncio. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni. l'appartamento è pulito, con tutti i servizi, ben caldo e confortevole

Praktisch alles war tipptopp, einzig zum Lesen im Bett hätten wir uns auf beiden Seiten gute Leselampen gewünscht. Toller Wein und ein feines Nusstörtchen zur Begrüssung! Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch der Garagenplatz war sehr angenehm im Winter.

Wir haben uns im Greenhouse von Diana sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem der wunderbare Ausblick vom Wohn-Essraum haben wir zu jeder Tageszeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist charmant, praktisch und schlicht eingerichtet, so dass sie einem Raum zum Sein lässt. Die Kommunikation mit Diana hat bestens funktioniert und sie war in jeder Beziehung sehr hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Aunque nuestra estadía fue corta, fue una experiencia excelente. Los anfitriones fueron increíblemente amables y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad. El lugar estaba impecable, bien equipado y muy cómodo. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y repetiríamos.

It was my second stay and it was just as magical as the first:) An amazingly modern apartment in an awesome location with a great host! I will be back!

The place is good, surroundings are beautiful and bus stop is 300 meters away so easy to walk. Only issue was we did not see any room heater in the bedroom which is downstairs and room heater only available in upstairs where the living and dinning was there. also it's good to have a bathroom with the bedroom rather than upstairs.
