Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Ithaca's Summer House

Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Το Bellezza cottage είναι ισόγεια κατοικία εμβαδού 55 τ.μ και χωρητικότητας έως πέντε ατόμων. Βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ στην Ιθάκη σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που εξασφαλίζει καταπληκτική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα σε όλα τα δωμάτια του προς τον φυσικό κόλπο, τη θάλασσα και τα γύρω χωριά. Διαθέτει πλακόστρωτη αυλή 130 τ.μ με τραπεζαρία κάτω από την πέργκολα και σαλόνι εξωτερικού χώρου καθώς και ιδιωτικό BBQ. Η Ιδιωτική πισίνα διαστάσεων 3μΧ4μ και βάθους 1.40 μέτρα εξασφαλίζει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.

Το κατάλυμα Frikes Private Villa βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο και ενιαίο χώρο σαλονιού και κουζίνας. Στην μπροστινή αυλή υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για το πρωινό σας και στο πίσω μέρος υπάρχει κοινόχρηστη τραπεζαρία και ξαπλώστρες. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στον χώρο για το όχημα σας. Το λιμάνι των Φρικών είναι σε απόσταση μόλις 1’ με όχημα και 8’ λεπτά με τα πόδια, όπου θα βρείτε καφετέριες, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά με σουβενίρ.

Private entry +110 square meter space, a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, 1 with 1 single beds, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to five visitors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living room has air condition. Please enjoy your cocktail or dinner at the veranda under the moon.

Ο χώρος αποτελείται από ένα ενιαίο καλαίσθητο σαλόνι με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, και ένα ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο-μοναδικό για στιγμές ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Επίσης, ο επισκέπτης έχει την δυνατότητα να απολαύσει τις ανέσεις ενός πλήρως ανακαινισμένου και εξοπλισμένου χώρου μόλις λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

This full service apartment has everything you need whether you are a solo adventurer or travelling with family. The two bedrooms are fully equipped for a restful sleep, and the sitting room has an additional pull out couch. The patio is especially awe inspiring, a perfect location to host a get together or unwind with a book.

Ένας ενιαίος, ισόγειος, ευρύχωρος χώρος 45 περίπου τμ, με έντονα στοιχεία πέτρας και ξύλου και με διακόσμηση από την παλιά Ιθάκη. Διαθέτει μία περιφραγμένη αυλή χωρίς θέα. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Βαθέως και σε απόσταση περίπου 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης κατά την διαμονή του.
