L'appartement est situé à côté des transports en commun pour accéder facilement au reste de Bruxelles. Il est composé d'une chambre avec salle de douche, une cuisine ouverte super équipée donnant sur le salon. Nous nous réjouissons de vous y accueillir très prochainement.

Idéalement situé entre les communes d'Etterbeek et Ixelles, ce bien vous permettra de vous déplacer aisément dans toute la ville. Le quartier offre de nombreux choix de restaurants, bars, boulangeries et alimentation. Il y a aussi un lavoir à proximité, des parcs et bien entendu les magnifiques étangs d'Ixelles à seulement 15 minutes de marche! Vous trouvez des supermarchés à moins de 5 minutes. Cinéma très proche. La 'grand-place' est accessible à pied en 30 min, en transports en commun en 20 min. Non fumeur!
