It is situated in the center of the old town and just 2-3 minutes from the Square and 10 minute walking from the beach. Apartment has 30 m2 and it is located in the groundfloor of a building that is situated in the comfortable living area in the heart of the city. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 2 persons. Stara kamena kuća smještena je u starom dijelu malenog mjesta Luka na prekrasnom Dugom otoku.Kao što samo ime "VALLIS" znači uvala, kuća je smještena u mirnom i prekrasnom mjestu. Idealna je za obitelji koje žele provesti odmor uživajući u miru, čistom moru,mediteranskoj hrani i ljubaznim mještanima.,a udaljena je samo 50m od mora. U blizini se nalazi poznata pješčana plaža Sakarun, a i Park prirode Telašćica.

This apartment is situated on first floor in a private house. It consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. It has lots of nature light during all day. There is Sport Center Višnjik only 5 minutes walk. You can reach city center by walk for 20 min, or by public bus which station is 3 min. walk. There is free wi fi and parking place in front of the apartment. The pool is available to guests from June to September

Its close to all the necessities like the Post, Restaurants and the local grocery store. I used to live in an apartment so I made it comfortable to live in. I hope you feel right at home. This beatiful recently refurbished 2 bedrooms apartment is located right by the most famous Zadar's sandy beach Kolovare. It offers a great stay for up to 4 persons. Guests have complimentary bicycles to explore neighborhood, garage and free parking are on disposition too. Old town center is just a 10 minutes walking distance far. Amenities include air-conditioner, washing machine, coffee machine, stove and kettle.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.
