Only a block off rail line so yea, you hear the electric trains. Earplugs at night muffled enough for sound sleep. I loved how easy it was to catch train into the city and the entire neighborhood. Many options in immediate area and going down to the Sea of Marmaray. Didn’t have reason to interact with Alper other than check-in and out but really appreciate that he allowed me early check-in once apartment was ready.

The place was centrally located in Kadikoy, it was easy to get around from there, and there were lots of restaurants. The upstairs terrace has a wonderful view that the pictures here do not do justice. I would definitely stay here again.

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

Je remercie Taner de s’être adapté à notre arrivée tardive à cause du retard pris au départ de Paris. Taner est réactif et a chacune de mes sollicitations il a répondu. L’appartement était co forme à l’annonce et il était très propre.Ce dernier donne sur une rue passante qui n’occasionne pas de bruit la nuit.Cote balcon cela donne sur une zone calme à l’exception du minaret qui commence la prière à partir de 5h du matin jusqu’à 21h30( à l’exception du dimanche). C’est une information que j’avais déjà avant de partir . Cela ne m’a pas dérangé . Le quartier est tranquille et vivant . Les turques sont avenants et sont toujours prêts à vous rendrent service . Dans le quartier pas mal de chose de chose à visiter. Même si certaines files d’attente paraissent grandes c’est moins de 30 min d’attente dans la plupart des cas. Istanbul c’est physique, soyez en forme!!! 😅💪y’a certaines rues qui atteignent pas loin de 45° de pente 😅!!!La nourriture est vraiment bonne . À venir visiter !👌

The apartment was great and had beautiful views of the island, the water and the city. Everything was as described and Müge was very helpful responding to messages quickly, would definitely recommend!

The apartment was as described- clean and comfortable for 3 adults for 4 nights. The location was amazing, very central for sightseeing and well-connected to public transport links to other areas and both airports. Hikmet was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Excellent value for money. Loved Istanbul and would definitely look to re-book this apartment if we visit again.

Un excellent séjour, Selim est une personne géniale , honnête, très serviable et à l'écoute. Il nous a accueillis malgré notre arrivée tardive (2h du matin) et s'est chargé lui même de nous trouver un transport aller retour pour une famille de 5 personnes entre l'aéroport et la zone d’hébergement Appartement très propre, je conseille vivement !

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

muy buen alojamiento, super centrico. llegamos muy tarde por la noche y no hubo problemas para la hora, seyid muy amable, nos dio muy buenos consejos, siempre nos respondia dudas cuando le escribíamos durante nuestra instancia y nos ha dado buenas recomendaciones. el apartamento impecable, muy limpio, todo lo necesario, zona tranquila pero en el centro. camas muy comodas y los sofas cama también. recomendamos!

It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

Alina's was very attentive, her place was roomie and comfortable. We got the experience of a local neighborhood, close to transportation and all shopping. We would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet street within private blocks, which made it feel very safe and comfortable. Everything was well-organized and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and available 24/7 for any help or questions, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality.
