This Beautiful waterfront property is perfect for a nice relaxing stay. It is located only 40 minutes from Gros Morne National Park, and only 20 minutes from Marble Mountain ski resort. This property is located on the Humber River with a shared backyard perfect for summer campfires and for winter snowmobiling. Hit the NL groomed trails in just 5 mins from our backyard! We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. The Spud Suites is also located on the Newfoundland Groomed Trail System. There is direct access to the the trail for snowmobiles and ATVs. Parking available for both.

There is a playground down the street. Deer Lake has a beautiful sandy beach and the Insectarium & Butterfly Garden are well worth visiting! Sorry no pets.
