This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

This stone house is more than 100 years old and it has been newly renovated and adapted, as well as fully equipped, in 2017. Olive Garden House is a newly renovated old stone house in a secluded area on the outskirts of Šibenik with private pool surrounded by olive trees and a pine forest. Solar power plant and water well (rainwater) make the house self-sustainable and connect it to nature. The house offers an enchanting view of Šibenik archipelago and Kornati National Park along with wonderful sunsets. It is located 20 minutes from the center of Šibenik on foot.
