This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Rumahnya nyaman dan bersih bangeeet. Ada tamannya dan ada tempat kecil untuk anak bermain air, bentuknya lucu seperti mangkok hihi cocok banget kesini bawa anak menurutku. Oh iya hostnya, Bu Widyawati sangat baik dan responsive, begitu juga dengan Pak Nanang, yang menjaga di tempat saya menginap. Overall, lovely place❤️❤️

Host berinisiatif contact duluan sebelum check in. Waktu check in flexible sehingga keluarga kami bisa beristirahat dengan nyaman setelah perjalanan kereta pagi. Rumah sesuai dg foto, fasilitas juga spt sesuai dengan di listing

My family and I spent the weekend in Jakarta while attending a family event and felt right at home from the get go. As a group of 8, we were happy to have some privacy in each of the 4 rooms and enjoyed the living/dinning area during communal times. As a group, we appreciated having access to 3 full bathrooms, oh, and the shower pressure was excellent! Endah was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, before and during our stay. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation & would recommend Endah's place to out-of-town families of 8 planning come and visit the capital.

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

always love to visit Mrs. Hilma place: peaceful and inspiring. perfect getaway to have a personal retreat, to find oneself again in the busy daily life. and the location surrounding give you time to wander, to find coffee shop and culinary, from street food like tongseng in Cipete street to lovely cafe like Levant Boulangerie.... really look forward to spending time at your place. thank you very much for your hospitality!!

A great choice to stay with family and friends. The tower is within walking distance to the mall and easy to access. The host is also very responsive, even at midnight. We would be happy to stay there again if we visit BSD. Thank you!

Hai cii seneng bgt bisa stay di unit ini.. cek in mudah dan sangat di bantu sekali terutama masalah kartu parkir.. tempat strategis tapi tidak bising.. bakal jadi langganan tiap mudik lebaran ke tempat ini tidak jauh dari rumah ortu.. real pic dan sangat rekomend sekali. Cuma di unit ini dispenser air panasnya tdk berfungsi dan di hari2 trakhir mendadak ac nya bocor, smoga tahun depan saat aq mudik sudah di perbaiki semuanya ya cii.. thx u

I had a great time with my family and dogs at Michelle's villa. There were lots to do - the gym in the clubhouse was surprisingly fully-equipped! Other than the occasional ants surrounding the place, the villa was pretty clean. Mang Salje and his wife were very responsive and assisted us with anything we needed. Great stay!

Karen always responsive anytime i've reach her,the staff mr.Jerry also very helpfull,The caterer Mrs Weny also very responsive ,goodfood...love the meatballsoup...overall me n my friends satisfied stayed at that villa...,but..because the location is located little bit higher ...you should prepare your car in good condition...

“Hampir” kapok ke sini lagi, tapi ternyata setelah kita tidur 1 malam (menjelajahi area) kita sekeluarga HAPPY dan BETAH tinggal disana. Ini merupakan apartemen TERLUAS yang pernah saya sewa di AirBNB ini. Awalnya, lantai apartemen agak lengket saja (namun pas bilang ke HOST, gercep datang ada bantuin bersihkan kembali). Salut. Di apartemen, kami juga diberi minuman dan makanan FREE di kulkas. Sikat gigi, odol, handuk (sesuai jumlah kami yang menginap). sapu, pel lantai ada. Jemuran (2) Alat makan (piring, mangkok, rice cooker, microwave, dispenser, teflon, sendok garpu) lengkap ada. Tempat sampah ada juga lengkap. TV 3 unit. Sofa juga besar. Kasur king (2), Single (1), tambahan bed (1). lengkap dengan 2 bantal dan 2 guling juga ada bedcover LENGKAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP TOP

Villa nyaman, bersih rapi. Suasana yang menyenangkan,, ada suara air sungai yang bikin tenang,, Ada taman yang luas membuat anak2 bisa bermain, berlari dan main bola. Owner ramah dan very helpful.. Next kami akan kembali menginap disini lagi. Makasi

Saya bersama keluarga besar liburan ke villa ini, lokasinya dekat dengan jalan raya sehingga mudah ditemukan. Villa nya cantik, bersih dan estetik. Bu Lily dan Penjaga Villa banyak memberikan kemudahan dan responsif. Private poolnya bersih dan nyaman Meja pingpong nya oke Karaoke nya berfungsi baik Dapur dan Peralatan masak lengkap, seperti Magicom, kompor, kulkas dan piring dll tersedia semuamya. Thank you for the facilities. Very spacious place suitable for family gatherings or large events. Large backyard garden can be for the new year (bbq), and we ordered rice boxes and packages for bbq, yulia and the team helped to prepare it. Communication with yulia and pak asep (assistant) is very easy. Very recommended!

Thanks for the hospitality. The house was incredibly great for family to relax and very kids friendly

We had a fantastic stay at Virya's apartment! Virya was exceptionally responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He provided clear and helpful video tutorials for both check-in and check-out, which were incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spotless and very clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The added bonus of a provided parking card was also greatly appreciated. Thanks Virya!
