This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

we had a great stay at Ned's place. beautiful views of river behind the house. it was peaceful. would love to stay again when in the area!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

The whole experience was perfect. There were even fresh flowers to greet me. The location is easy, a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. I'm ready to return!

C’était un endroit parfait pour notre séjour. Notre petit-fils jouait au baseball en tournoi au Lasorda legacy Park et nous étions comme mentionné à quelques minutes du parc. L’appartement était très bien entretenu. Tout était parfait!

We had a lovely stay this April. House was spotless and newly refurbished. Pool area great (early in season so braved a cold plunge!!!) and appreciated the separate hot tub too. Pool furniture all brand new and special mention of the best kitted out games room I have ever seen! Location great. Very quiet but short car ride to East Hampton proper. Sammi’s beach a 10 min walk away. A fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Wow, this has been one of the most beautiful homes I have stayed at. Straight out of Architectural Digest indeed - Jenna has a true eye for outstanding decor! Jenna is a host to dream of! Thank you we had a beautiful weekend!

Katie’s home was beautiful, immaculately kept and exactly as photographed and described. We rented the home for a family reunion and needed all 8 of the bedrooms that were available. Even though we were a very large group with many kids ages 10 and under, we never felt uncomfortable or on top of each other. The two living rooms and outdoor space made it so that we all could spread out but still spend time together. The large dining room table fit our family perfectly! Katie was responsive, thoughtful and so very kind! We are looking forward to our next stay at Katie’s beautiful home!

I just stayed here this past weekend for my wedding and it was amazing! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice. Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything. I would definitely stay here again.Thank you so much!!!
