Had great time at the apartment. It’s located in the gated community with many local amenities such as pharmacy or 24/7 shop. The apartment is of a good size with less than 50 meters to the beach. In the area there’s a running track, playground, pools, outdoor gym and quite a few food trucks nearby. Apartment has everything you need to cook some simple meals or make hot beverages (including drip filter coffee machine and pod machine). The host was super quick to resolve any queries and allowed us to check in much earlier which was great given we had early morning flight.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It was not only great and beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. The highlight was undoubtedly the fabulous view that greeted me every day. Mohammed, the host, deserves special recognition for his prompt responses and exceptional professionalism. He was respectful, accommodating, and flexible, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fantastic accommodation experience and I am certain that I will be returning in the future.

Beautiful apartment, completely newly renovated and comfortable. Well furnished and equipped. Private beach right next to the property. Tidiness and beautifully clean and warm sea.

The location was great, close to everything including restaurants and public transportation. The host was respectful, very helpful, and responded quickly to any inquiries. I truly appreciate their hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay.

It was so nice of the host to be very flexible with the check in and check out time. I booked last minute, checked in very late, overslept and checked out late too but Leo was very accommodating and nice. The apartment was really nice and clean, had everything one needs. 10/10 for the mesmerising and soothing views of the water and cruises passing by from the balcony 🤍

Logement tres bien situé a 50m de la plage et corniche.parking public gratuit dans la rue.quartier populaire mais tres respectueux. Beaucoup de restauration dans la rue tres propre et pas cher.boulangerie au coin de la rue délicieuse avec patisserie et pain cuit sur place.l immeuble a un ascenseur. Point a ameliorer la cuisine est ancienne et manque rangement dans salle de bain.le hote tres reactif ,tres acceuillant et qui repond a toutes nos questions. A savoir:mosquee en face et on entend l appel a la priere a laube

We can’t thank Mohamed enough for his great hospitality, friendly communication and all the thoughtful gestures! My family stayed there for 38 days and they enjoyed every single day of their entire stay. The place is very clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are many great restaurants, bakeries and shops either at the same building or within a very short walking distance! We will definitely come back and we give Mohamed’s place our highest possible recommendations!

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful surrounding environment. The host was exceptionally friendly and quick to respond, ensuring a seamless experience. A major bonus was the free parking, which is hard to find in the Dubai. They also provided free drinking water, which is equally rare. Highly recommend this place!

Want to thank for the hospitality. It was nice time for staying there. We came late, but the owner waited for us. Gave all the instructions. They are small things, but really touch the heart like a file with the sightseeing spots, nubers of delivery Netflix and every facility works. Pay attention that if you need high bed, it's not this type. The towels are there, all clean and white. The beach is really private, clean and with white sand. There are umbrellas everywhere and sun loungers.

It was an overall wonderful experience. All staff who helped me from Check in to check out was absolutely genuine helpful. It was a relaxing place. We will come back again for sure 👍
