Lovingly remodeled into a cozy and comfortable space that is just under 800 square feet the area sleeps up to 5 people. You have your own separate entrance, side yard and patio to enjoy. At the entrance to Patriot Hills Golf Course and conveniently located to Carson Newman University, UT, Douglas and Cherokee Lakes, and Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, are not far away!

This beautiful home is on a quiet Cherokee Lakefront lot with incredible views of the Great Smoky Mountains. It has so many spaces across 3 stories, with many large common rooms and decks, and is perfect for groups.
