If you want to be close to the beach and JBay's famous surfing spots then this 45 sqm ground floor cottage is the perfect escape. The cottage is situated at the rear of the property, separate entrance. It has a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower), kitchenette, lounge and private outdoor space with a fire pit / braai area. It's only a 2 minute walk to a lovely, quiet beach. Close to Albatross and Lower Point. Parking space provided. Pets are allowed 2 small dogs

Dwell at Point Cottage

This private space is perfect for family and friends getaway. It has all your basic and essential amenities, an enclosed private garden for your dogs. The wood fired Hot Tub can be offered to guests who stay min 2 nights. The usage has an additional cost of R500 (water and 4 bags of wood) and needs prior arrangement. Parking is off street behind a secure gate. 200m to the beach on Point Break in Jeffreys Bay and just a 2min walk up from point is the famous Supers break.

Accommodating up to four guests, it features two bedrooms, bathroom, outdoor shower, and a modern kitchen-living space leading out to a sheltered patio with dining table and day bed. Nestled in lush dune thicket with gentle ocean breeze and birdsong, it's a short walk to Cape St. Francis beach, Shark Point, and Seal Point Lighthouse. This off-grid gem brings nature to your doorstep.

This single garage was lovingly converted into a tiny home in November 2025. The location is a few steps away from the world famous Supertubes beach, and waves. This minimalistic tiny home is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle and airfryer, and not intended to cook full meals Walk across the road and enjoy an insane breakfast or the best coffee in town, at African Perfection Restaurant, open to the public daily 7-11am. Pet-friendly.

Soak up the tranquility of my newly built warm wooden home with sea views from every corner. The main house is delightfully elevated and accessed via a wooden walkway there are no stairs. There is an Inverted so you not effected by loadshedding. A lovely indoor fireplace for those chilly nights. There is a self contained cottage on premises with private access that is let permanently.

Modern and fabulous. The PADDLE INN is a 200 m walk from the beach and and a 5 minute walk from lower point. It is a perfect lock-up-and go spot, with a big outdoor built-in braai and outdoor seated area. Gas stove and kettle, UPS powered WIFI and some battery-charged lights all help with loadshedding. Outdoor shower with surf rack for surfers.
