Ten minutes from I-95, Exit 67. Only yards to the public saltwater ramp, with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the islands . Private bedroom, Queen size bed, big common room with fold out sofa, kitchenette. Screened in back porch. The Georgia coast is one of the most pristine natural areas on earth.

This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. Main bedroom features a king sized bed Second bedroom has a twin/full bunkbed feel free to message me if you have any more questions.

The interior is all tongue and groove pine with cathedral ceilings and has an amazing walk in shower. The screened front porch will quickly become one of your favorite sitting areas. Miss Laura’s Cottage has one king bed and a sleeper sofa.

The Cottage is 100 years old and has been renovated.The Cottage is walking distance to shopping, movie theater, Restaurants,and public park you can see from the back porch. It’s near AmtrakStation. I will always be available for my guests and will always have my information listed in the Cottage. . The Cottage is 30 minutes from Brunswick Ga and 40 minutes from our beautiful beaches.
