Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Chugach Loft/close to the airport & downtown

By car, Chugach Loft is 10 minutes from the airport, 16 minutes to downtown and 8 minutes to Kincaid Park (1,516.78 acres of trails for cycling, running, hiking or simply taking in the scenery & wildlife). We are also within walking distance to (one each) fine & casual dining, a local coffee house & grocery store ~ 2miles away. Please read “Other things to note”. Also, bear spray available to borrow if you plan on hiking or strolling through Kincaid park. (Fee charged only if you discharge it.)

Comfy 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Near Sand Lake

Minutes from the Anchorage airport or Kincaid Park, this 2 bedroom unit sits in the heart of Sand Lake. Just a 5 minute walk to fishing and under 10 minutes to the Anc airport and Kincaid Park. Each bedroom has its own smart tv and queen size bed. There is no cable tv only streaming. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a toaster oven, microwave and hot plate for heating meals. Coffee is included with all the fixings. Local restaurants and a grocery store are minutes away on Jewel Lake Rd.

Whether a short layover or an extended stay, find comfort and style in this west anchorage home. Located 5 mins from both the airport and Kincaid Park in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from Delong Lake. Triple pane windows ensure air traffic is blocked out for a good night sleep. Come stay in our laid-back townhome next to Jewel Lake Park! Our location is close to dining, bowling, and groceries and it is just a 10 minute drive to the airport. Take a stroll on the winter trails connecting Jewel and Sand Lakes, or snuggle up by the fireplace. We make sure the property is comfortable because we stay here often when visiting family in Anchorage and just installed a 65" TV in the living room and king bed in the master bedroom.
