Newly renovated free standing house 130 m2 + outdoor space 250 m2 is intended for accommodation of up to 6 guests. The accommodation is fully equipped for a pleasant one-day or multi-day stay, it has its own private multiple parking spaces on the plot, a large yard, terrace, lawn. It is located in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes by car from the main square or 15 to 20 minutes on foot to Lake Jarun. The tram station is 3 minutes away, connecting all parts of the city with direct lines.

The apartement is located in Jarun, Franje Wolfla street, a few minutes away from the Jarun lake, a recreation and sport complex with lots of bars, good restorants and night clubs. Jarun is placed outside the center, so you can reach the center by car within 10min or by tram within 15-30 min depends on the traffic. The appartement is placed on the 1st floor and the parking lot is in front of the building of the apartment, it is a public parking lot and it is free.

Apartment is set in Zagreb, in a quiet district, at the exit of the city; 1500 m from the A1 motorway access and 2 km from Arena Zagreb. Free WiFi access and free parking are available. Tram station is 230 meters away (3 minutes walk). It is a 35 minutes drive to center of town. Bus station to Ljubljanica (Remiza) is 10 meters from apartment :). Jarun Market (Tržnica Jarun) is 80 meters away. There you have bars, restaurants, groceries, flower market... It is a must-see place. Lake Jarun is some 15 minutes walk. Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.
