WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AT OUR PLACE On the ground floor of the cottage, there's a large room - we call it the kitchen, but it's much more than just a kitchen! It's a place where you can all gather around a big table or relax on the couch with a book. Kids can explore what's hidden in the chest and drawers... we don't mind. In fact, we've prepared something for them in there. Where You'll Sleep You can lay down in one of the three rooms in the cottage. In the bedroom, in the little room, or in the larger room. The bedroom has a double bed, the little room has three single beds, and in the last room, there's a double bed and a fold-out single bed. We can accommodate up to 9 guests. The cottage comes with a large garden (1200 m2) where you can relax during the day, have lunch in the fresh air under the garden gazebo, light a fire in the evening, and end it all with a sauna! The pool is available for guests from June to September. The sauna is in the garden gazebo, which also features outdoor seating and an indoor relaxation area where you can lie down after the sauna. You can cool off either in the stream behind the sauna or in the bathroom. The cottage is heated by electric. However, you can also light the fireplace, which distributes heat to all the radiators. Firewood for the fireplace is outside in the woodshed, which is open for you!

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden Mit viel Liebe wurde der ursprüngliche Zustand des denkmalgeschützten Umgebindehauses von 1825 wieder hergestellt. Das zweigeschossige Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 11 Personen. In der alten Blockstube befindet sich die vollausgestattete Küche und die gemütliche Stube mit Kachelofen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Raum für ca. 30 Personen. Der naturbelassene Garten mit Obstwiese kann zum Grillen und Verweilen genutzt werden. Eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden.

Domeček Rockstar Wellness RS 1.0 je situován na soukromém pozemku nedaleko našeho domu v klidné části obce Smržovka. S celkovou plochou 22 m2. Máte tady finskou saunu, vařivou vanu. K dispozici jsou samozřejmě také ručníky, prostěradla a župany. Poskytujeme Vám kompletní ložní povlečení a k dispozici je také káva a čaj, cukr, sůl. SMART TV, WiFi, NETFLIX. Najdete tady plotýnku na vaření, nádobí, ledničku. Záchod. Malá teráska s výhledem na obec. Ochlazovací kaď Stavěli jsme s láskou.
