We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, but only 5 minutes from a 24 hour grocery as well as gas. We were in town for an event and it’s very convenient (20 minutes) to the convention center and Sundance square. House was clean and had plenty of everything we needed. AC and fans worked really well. Bathrooms are both very spacious! The big yard and pool are an incredible bonus that we enjoyed! Paula was a great communicator when I had questions. We will stay here the next time we are in town.

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

We had to travel to DeSoto for a sports competition for my daughter. I was so thankful to find this air bnb in the neighborhood that I did. We felt very safe. We even went on an evening walk. The home was so clean, so cozy, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed , great pillows.

I would definitely stay here again. The house is beautiful. Three floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, spacious kitchen, stocked kitchen, and stocked laundry room. Priyanka even has accommodations for babies and toddlers. Please pay attention to check-out time and house rules. Super close to downtown. Lyfts were less than $10.

Great host; spacious Airbnb; wonderful location; quiet neighborhood; very close to park…….no complaints, no negative feedback, a sure place to reserve on return visit. Henry was super easy to communicate with and definitely quick to respond to my questions or comments.

This was a great place to stay! The house seemed well cared for, and everything was comfortable. We didn't have much need to get in contact with the hosts, but the one time we had a question, they were extremely responsive. They were also proactive about checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! One detail that I would have liked to know, that was not clear from the listing, was that the backyard is not fully fenced in. It wasn't that big of a deal, but we were traveling with small children, and it's nice to have an enclosed outdoor space for them!

This house is tucked away in a beautiful walkable neighborhood. easy to get in and very relaxing. The host is impeccable and the best host I've ever encountered in airbnb. if you have pups on your trip to Dallas, the corn dog house is the place to be! we will be back!!!

Beautiful top-floor apartment with big windows. Walkable to the convention center and several nearby restaurants. It does get a little loud at night with music from nearby Sundance Plaza and the air conditioning unit in the apartment. Earplugs are provided, but we honestly just turned off the AC at night because it made such a racket and turned on every 30min. There are fans in each roomehich we used instead. The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor for some reason but as long as you push the floor again, it'll take you there after the brief pit stop. There was a leak outside the apartment door from the thunderstorms but the hosts were prompt at addressing it. Overall a pretty and large space.

Huge apartment complex near the freeway next to storage units and office complex. close enough to chain restaurants and other basic amenities, but a bit of a drive to Stockyards and downtown. The foldout couch/bed is small and comparable to sleeping on the converted table in an RV. Definitely not comfortable for a large adult . We did not have time to use the community pool or clubhouse, but I looked nice. Overall, I would pick this place again over a chain hotel but it's pretty basic and similar experience.

Joy’s place came just as advertised and it was as comfy as you think it’d be. Everything was clean and Joy was really helpful with any questions that I had, and replied quickly. I would stay here again

We came to Grapevine for a conference at the Embassy Suites hotel. This was a perfect location with easy access to everything! The apartment is so cute, inviting and comfortable. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, living area was cozy and kitchen was stocked. When we cone back to the Dallas area, we will stay here again!!! Wonderful place!!!

I had an amazing stay at Jenny place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect , yet still quiet and peaceful. Jenny was an excellent host, providing clear instructions, quick responses, and thoughtful touches The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making my stay stress-free. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

This house was PHENOMENAL!! We couldn’t believe we got to stay here- there was so much room, and it was gorgeously decorated!! We kept joking that it didn’t seem possible that someone had a house better than this that they would want to rent this one out!!

Just as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space with views of beautiful horses. Exactly what we were looking for! We would love to visit again.

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

My family and I loved everything about this property. The house was so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, I didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommend this property and the hosts. Sandy and Jeff were awesome and made an unforgettable experience even better 😊

RSB Living hosting our family was an amazing experience for our family. They have just an amazing beautiful home and our family truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely have RSB Living home the first on our list when we are in the area again.

We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.
