Master bedroom has a king bed and main lake view. Bunk room has twin- over full-sized bed. Gas fireplace inside guesthouse. New wood burning fireplace on patio as well as a fire table. Boathouse has sofa swing, NautiBar and large shaded area. 2 guests max. Beautiful views and seasonal sunsets. Very Private.

Slow down at our cozy 3 BR-2 Bath lake home, tucked back in the woods with a quiet view of the cove. Lots of deck space to relax and enjoy nature. If you are feeling more adventurous; Paddle on the lake, play cornhole, or hike on our private trails. And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (who likes those?), And check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. Pine Bluff Trails Guest House

This guest house is set on 20 acres of land that is bordered by Hyco Creek on the east and Caswell game land on the south. Great place for privacy and is a close get away for nature lovers, fishermen, hunters, or just a quiet place to escape the city! Direct access to Hyco Creek and the game land is available through the property - you could even kayak into Hyco lake if you wanted! Property has a secured gate for entrance and exit and property is located about 1/4 mile down an access road.

Lakefront Cottage w/ great view and use of dock

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

Hyco Hideaway

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.
